CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE No. P-26/BC/2007 CONCERNING PROCEDURE OF RELOCATION OF IMPORT GOODS WHOSE DUTY IS NOT PAID YET FROM TEMPORARY HOARDING PLACE TO ANOTHER TEMPORARY HOARDING PLACE

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

that, to give exactly in law and to avoid different perception related with relocation of import goods whose duty is not paid yet, it is necessary to amend Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-26/BC/2007 dated August 30, 2007.

In view of:

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE No. P-26/BC/2007 CONCERNING PROCEDURE OF RELOCATION OF IMPORT GOODS WHOSE DUTY IS NOT PAID YET FROM TEMPORARY HOARDING PLACE TO ANOTHER TEMPORARY HOARDING PLACE

Article I

To revoke Article 10 of Director General of Customs and Excise Regulation No. P-26/BC/2007 Concerning Procedure of relocation of import goods whose duty is not paid yet from Temporary Hoarding Place to another Temporary Hoarding Place.

Article II

This Regulation of the Director General is integrated part of Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-26/BC/2007 concerning Procedure of relocation of import goods whose duty is not paid yet from Temporary Hoarding Place to another Temporary Hoarding Place.

Article III

This Regulation of the Director General is effective from the date specified.
